Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReplyKing at replyking.app, which is operated by Decoway Lifestyle Private Limited(CIN U47591UP2024PTC203644, GSTIN 09AAKCD8946M1ZR), Sadarpur Colony, Gali No. 7, GB Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Our Meta apps are published by Akway Ecomm Private Limited, our parent company. By creating an account you agree to them, for yourself and for the business you represent. Your account

Keep your login secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by members you invite.

Acceptable use

  • Follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies, and Google’s API policies.
  • Message people only with their consent where required, honour opt-outs, and disclose automated replies.
  • No spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, and no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your data

You own the content and contact data you put into ReplyKing. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your contacts.

Plans, payments and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Prices are in INR and GST is added where it applies. Your tax invoice comes from mybillplease, which the same company operates. A usage cap pauses new automated messages rather than billing you for going over: nothing you did not choose is ever charged. WhatsApp message fees are Meta’s: Meta bills them to your own WhatsApp account at its published rates, and ReplyKing adds nothing on top.

Third-party platforms

ReplyKing depends on Instagram, WhatsApp, email providers and payment providers. Their rules, limits or outages can affect features, and we are not responsible for their actions, including account restrictions they apply. Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We build on their public APIs under their terms, as an independent company: Meta does not sponsor or endorse ReplyKing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReplyKing available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time, from Settings → Billing, without emailing anyone. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted along with the files that belong to it.
