Terms of Service

Keep your login secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by members you invite.

• Follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies, and Google’s API policies.
• Message people only with their consent where required, honour opt-outs, and disclose automated replies.
• No spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, and no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

You own the content and contact data you put into ReplyKing. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your contacts.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Usage caps pause new automations instead of charging overages. WhatsApp message fees are paid from a prepaid wallet. Taxes are added where required.

ReplyKing depends on Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail and payment providers. Their rules, limits or outages can affect features, and we are not responsible for their actions, including account restrictions they apply.

We work to keep ReplyKing available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days.
