“Slots this Saturday?” — answered, held, and reminded

The appointment book that lives in three places

  • “Saturday 4pm?” — you check your phone, your diary and your partner, and reply an hour later. She booked elsewhere.
  • Two people are down for the same chair at 5pm and you find out when both walk in.
  • The no-show cost you the slot, the product and the afternoon, and nobody had reminded her.

What happens instead

Four steps, and every one of them is a real setting

  1. 1

Set up what you sell and when you’re free

Services with a length and a price, the hours you actually work, buffers between appointments, and how far ahead people may book.

  2. 2

Connect the calendar you already live in

Google Calendar or Outlook and Microsoft 365. Whatever is busy there blocks the slot here, and a booking becomes a real event — with a Meet or Teams link created for it.

  3. 3

Send the link where they asked

A booking link as a step in a flow, in a DM, on WhatsApp, or on its own page with your logo and your colour on it. Ask for an advance first and the flow only sends the link on the paid path.

  4. 4

    Then stop the no-show

A confirmation email with a calendar invite attached, so it lands in their calendar whether or not you connected yours — and a reminder on WhatsApp before the day.

What’s inside

What’s inside

Everything between “are you free?” and the customer walking in.

A booking page people can actually use

A wide, two-column page with a month calendar, your logo and your accent colour, the service and its length, and a form that only asks for what you need.

Your calendar decides, not a spreadsheet

Busy time in Google Calendar or Outlook removes the slot. A confirmed booking is written back as an event, with the meeting link on it.

Wherever the appointment happens

Google Meet or Teams links created for you, a Zoom or other link you paste, a phone call, or an address for people coming in person.

Reminders on the channel they use

Inside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window it’s a plain message; outside it, the approved reminder template. Email as well, with the invite attached.

An advance before the slot is held

A payment step before the booking link, on your own gateway, with a paid path and a not-paid path. The slot goes out on the paid one.

The booking is on the person

Every booking lands on the contact with the rest of their history, and their phone number arrives with the consent record that lets you message them.
