Agency programme

• A referral link, and a share of what the clients you bring pay us. The standard offer today is 20% for their first 12 months; your dashboard shows your rate if we agree another.
• One view of your client workspaces at /partner: plan, subscription status and what each one has earned you.
• A way in to the workspaces your clients ask us to let you into — an ordinary membership, listed in their own settings, which they can take back whenever they like.
• A named person here to talk to when a client’s account needs something.

Access to a client’s workspace because you asked for it. The partner dashboard shows billing and subscription status, and nothing more. You get inside a workspace one of two ways, both of them the client’s decision: they invite you from their own settings, or they ask us to add you. Either way it is an ordinary membership they can see and remove. We will not sign in as anyone, and we will not let you either — there is no impersonation in ReplyKing.

If you would rather we ran the account than run it yourself, ask about a managed account: the same arrangement with us as the agency. It is a paid service on top of the subscription, not a free extra, and it works the same way — your workspace stays yours, and you can take it back at any time.

A commission appears when a client pays an invoice, calculated on the amount before GST. We review it, approve it, and pay by bank transfer. A refunded invoice reverses the matching commission. Client billing still goes to the client by default — if you want to be billed instead, say so and we will arrange it rather than pretending a switch exists.
